The fso topic this week is "look up". It was perfect timing because I just got back from a trip to Colorado.
This picture was taken in Broomfield, CO. It is amazing that people have this view right in their backyard!
This picture was taken at Look Out Mountain. Going there was an amazing experience. It was so peaceful, even with people milling around. The views were spectacular.
Another shot from Look Out Mounain.
This shot was taken on the ride back from Central City, CO. Central City has several casinos built into the mountains.
This was also on the way home from Central City.
Colorado is such a beautiful state. Even when you just go to the grocery store, you are met with a breath taking view. New Jersey seems flat every time I come back here; although nothing can beat our trees!
Hope you enjoyed!
Such spactular view! we only have man-made highrise buildings, no high mountains like these.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful skies and mountains. It's so breathtaking.
ReplyDeleteAmazing views and spectacular photos of the Colorado Mountains. Makes me want to make a trip to see the Rockies! And, I agree, your TREES are hard to beat...especially in the Fall.
ReplyDeleteI would feel especially close to God out there. Beautiful shots. Thanks for stopping by gal. Blessings

I love Colorado! I love seeing those mountains!
ReplyDeletetexas - more exactly Houston - is also so flat, but I find it beautiful. Camillo will always prefer the mountains - me the planes - but we manage to live together...
ReplyDeleteBeautiful mountains and skies! I love the first shot, have a thing about big skies.
ReplyDeleteLove the view! And I would love to look up at those big open skies and beautiful mountains too.
ReplyDeleteCheers
