Four Sentence Book Review: The Invention of Wings by Sue Monk Kidd

I enjoyed The Invention of Wings by Sue Monk Kidd and found the character development to be well-done.  Another great aspect of this book was the historical perspective.  She used characters that actually existed in history and imagined quite well what might have led them down certain paths.  This book would make an excellent point of comparison with Toni Morrison's Beloved for the sake of a book club.
